Preparing Your Negatives, Slides Or Photos

When sending your slide, negative or photo orders, we ask that you please organise your images in the correct order that you want them to appear on the CD or DVD. Please also ensure that slides are all the correct way up with the shiny, gloss surface at the front. Preferably number the slides so we can ensure they are in the correct order and haven’t been mixed up during delivery. Put the number at the top/front of the slide. Number photos on the back and negatives on the sleeve.

We don’t ask this to make life difficult for you, quite the opposite! We want to ensure that we return your job with every image correctly oriented – the risk of making a mistake is greatly increased when images are supplied a in random order and orientation.

0 – 50 on CD @ $1.50 each
51 – 100 on CD @ $1.30 each
101 – 400 on CD @ $1.10 each
401 – 1,000 on CD @ $0.80 each
There is a Minimum charge of $75.00.

51 – 100 on CD @ $1.75 each
101 – 400 on CD @ $1.60 each
401 – 1,000 on CD @ $1.45 each
There is a minimum charge of $50.00.
If photos are in an album, add 30 cents per photo.

Creating The Ultimate, Personalised Motion DVD

Once we have scanned your slides, negatives and/or photos, you will have digital images that can be used to create the ultimate Personalised Motion DVD.

If you are providing your own Digital images, your camera will have usually numbered all the images in numerical/chronological order. If you want to change the order, you can simply rename them to change the sequence. We accept images on floppy, cd, dvd, memory stick and via email.

Fees for Creating the Ultimate Motion DVD

(includes Personalised Motion DVD, Titles, Background Music, ondisc printing, DVD case and custom printed Slick insert)

0 – 100 images into Motion DVD = $75.00
101 – 200 images into Motion DVD = $100.00
201 – 300 images into Motion DVD = $125.00
301 – 400 images into Motion DVD = $150.00
401 -1,000 images into Motion DVD= $175.00
The minimum cost is $75.00.

Future proof your transfers.

With media based technology constantly evolving, it’s important to prepare for the future. While our image scans are of a high enough resolution to retain the detail of your originals, it’s important to consider the medium that you output to.

Fortunately still images are no where near as storage hungry as video, so retaining backups of the still images is very easy and extremely important. So long as you have these backups, our slideshows and motion DVDs are really just a means of enjoying your memories now. We offer Blu-ray motion if you’d like to take advantage of current technology, however if you keep backup copies of your newly transferred images, you’ll be future proofed.
